1. Bookings

Your booking is confirmed upon completion of the online payment. You will receive a confirmation email with all the excursion details. Please arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the departure time.

2. Cancellations and refunds

  • More than 48 hours before departure: free cancellation with full 100% refund
  • Within 48 hours / no-show: no refund (loss of the ticket or deposit paid)
  • Bad weather: if cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered

3. Changes

You may change the excursion date up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to request a change.

4. On-board safety

All passengers must follow the skipper's instructions. Life jackets are available on board for adults and children. Diving from the boat without the skipper's permission is prohibited. Parents are responsible for minors on board.

5. Liability

Sea Tour Gallipoli is insured for third-party liability and passenger transport. We are not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during the excursion. We advise against bringing valuables on board.

6. Weather conditions

The skipper has the final authority on departure based on sea and weather conditions. In case of cancellation due to bad weather, you will be notified as soon as possible and may choose an alternative date or a full refund.

7. Prices

Prices published on the website include VAT. Sea Tour Gallipoli reserves the right to change prices at any time, but prices confirmed at the time of booking remain unchanged.

8. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Art. 59(1)(n) of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts for the supply of passenger transport services with a specific date or period of performance.

The option of free cancellation with a 100% refund more than 48 hours before departure (Section 2) is a company policy more favourable than the legal minimum.

9. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card — via secure SumUp circuit (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Cash — at the boarding point or our info point
  • Bank transfer — on request
  • Online payment link — sent via WhatsApp or email

All prices include VAT. Payment is charged upon booking confirmation.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Lecce.

11. Online dispute resolution

In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, consumers may use the European Commission's ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform for out-of-court dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
